What TiorAI may display about a product
A listing on TiorAI can include any of the following:
- The tool name and the company name behind it
- A logo or brand mark
- Product screenshots and website screenshots
- A short description of what the product does
- Pricing information and plan names
- Publicly stated features, integrations and platform support
- A link to the official website
Where that information comes from
Entries are built from publicly available sources: official product websites and documentation, press and media material, public launch announcements, submissions sent to us, and our own editorial research. Our Editorial Policy describes that process in more detail.
Ownership and endorsement
Trademarks, logos, screenshots, product names and any other third-party assets shown on TiorAI remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site transfers or claims ownership of them.
Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership or affiliation in either direction. That point is set out in full in our Disclaimer.
What you can ask for
We accept requests covering, among other things:
- Removal of an entire listing
- Removal of a logo
- Removal of a screenshot
- Trademark concerns
- Copyright concerns
- Incorrect ownership or company information
- A wrong or outdated official URL
- Outdated product information
- Duplicate listings for the same product
- A product that has closed or been discontinued
- Any other legitimate concern about content that relates to you or your organisation
If the problem is a plain factual error rather than a rights or removal question - a stale price, a feature we listed incorrectly, the wrong category - the faster route is our Corrections Policy.
What to include in your request
Send your request through our contact form, using a subject line that starts with "Content removal". Please include:
- Your full name
- Your company or organisation
- A contact email address we can reply to
- The exact TiorAI page URL your request concerns
- The official website URL for the product or brand
- The type of request, from the list above
- A description of the issue, and what outcome you are asking for
- Proof of ownership or of your authority to act, where the request depends on it
A request that names one specific URL and one specific problem is handled far more quickly than a general objection to being listed.
We may verify who you are
Before we remove or change content on someone's behalf, we may need to confirm that the request genuinely comes from the owner or from someone authorised to act for them. That can mean a reply from an email address on the product's own domain, a verifiable link between you and the organisation, or documentation supporting a trademark or copyright claim.
This is not an obstacle we put in the way of legitimate owners. It exists so that a competitor cannot have a product delisted by sending us an email.
What happens after you send a request
- We acknowledge the request and, where needed, ask for anything missing.
- We review the page or pages you identified.
- We check the claim against official and other reliable sources.
- We verify identity or authority where the request requires it.
- We remove, correct, update or decline, and we tell you which.
We do not promise a fixed turnaround. Requests are handled by people, review times vary with complexity and volume, and a claim that needs verification takes longer than a broken link. What we will do is respond, and say what we decided.
We may decline a request where the content is accurate, publicly available, clearly identified as belonging to you, and used to describe your product in a directory - but we will explain the reasoning rather than simply ignore you.
